Summer Festivals with The Shires – A Season to Remember

I had the pleasure of stepping out both as drummer and musical director for The Shires, and together we hit some incredible stages across the UK.

Country on the Common, was the first of the full band shows with The Shires. It was a first for this festival and the crowd were great.

Next up was a special night at Hampton Pool, where the open-air setting made for a truly unique show. We played this venue a few years before, so it was great to be back agin,.

We wrapped the season up at Northern Star in Inverness, headlining in front of a crowd of up to 5,000 people. The energy in the Highlands was unreal, and it was the perfect ending to an incredible run.

Huge thanks to everyone who came out, and made these shows as memorable as they were. It was an honour to help shape the music from behind the kit and from the MD’s seat. With an album out next year, i’m really looking forward to what’s next with The Shires.
